When exporting journal entry data, you can choose to Mark data as EXTRACTED.   When choosing the option to mark data as extracted, you will only have the option of including journal entry data that has yet to be marked as extracted.   The Journal Detail Report will indicate which journal entries have been marked as having been extracted.
