Section Details
The options included in this portion of the T&M Labor configuration screen allow you to define additional values to be included in the section details (trailing those columns defined in the Section Description Detail).
The options available in this section include:
- Show Amount - This option controls whether a value will appear in the Amount column on the invoice.

- Note that Subtotals are displayed even if the Amounts are not being displayed for individual line items.
- Show Comment - This option controls whether the individual timesheet cell level Comment is included in the invoice layout (as a line below the Labor line item detail).

- Note that when checking this option, no summarization occurs for any of the labor items (as we are displaying the lowest possible level of detail).
- The output would include one listed line item detail for each non-zero timesheet cell.
- The actual comment text is preceded by the label Comment:.
- If no timesheet cell comment is displayed, nothing is displayed (ie the Comment: label is also suppressed).
- Show Hours -This option controls whether the Hours associated with the labor line item detail will be displayed in the output.

- When displayed, a column header having the label Hours will be displayed above the Hours column.
- The displayed hours value is the sum of all hours for each timesheet cell represented by the line item such that only hours associated with billable labor on this invoice are considered.
- Hours for labor previously billed are not part of the hours value displayed (including inception to date in the format).
- If you have chosen to select the Section option -- Subtotal Section Hours -- then this option is selected by default and you cannot un-select it.
- Show Rate - This option controls whether the Rate associated with the labor line item detail will be displayed in the output.

- When displayed, a column header having the label Rate will be displayed above the Rate column.
- The value displayed will be the Effective Bill Rate associated with the time, and will be formatted to two significant positions after the decimal place (even if the actual rate has more precision).
- The Rate value will be included in the sorting of the Labor line items in ascending order (after any chosen column values and Work Date if it is displayed as well).
- Two rates differing in value after two positions to the right of the decimal place are considered distinct for the purposes of summarization and sorting even if they display on the invoice as the same value.
- Show Work Date - This option controls whether the Work Date associated with the labor line item detail will be displayed in the output.

- When displayed, a column header having the label Date will be displayed above the Work Date column.
- The Work Date value will be included in the sorting of the Labor line items in ascending order (after any chosen column values).
- Summarization of line items will consider Work Date after any chosen column values.
- Show Inception To Date Hours -This option controls whether the Hours associated with the labor line item detail will be displayed in the output.

- When displayed, a column header having the label Inception To Date Hours will be displayed above the Hours column.
- The displayed hours value is the sum of all hours for each timesheet cell represented by the line item for all hours associated with billable labor on or before this invoice.
- When this option is selected, the show Comments, Rates and Work Date options will be unavailable.
- If you have chosen to select the Section option -- Subtotal Section ITD Hours -- then this option is selected by default and you cannot un-select it.
