Section Details
The options included in this portion of the Cost Plus configuration screen allow you to define additional values to be included in the section details (trailing those columns defined in the Section Description Detail).
The options available in this section include:
- Show Amount - This option controls whether a value will appear in the Amount column on the invoice.

- Note that Subtotals are displayed even if the Amounts are not being displayed for individual line items.
- Show Comment - This option controls whether Comments related to an item will appear on the invoice.

- For Labor entries, this will be the timesheet comments.
- For Expense entries, this will be the expense report line item comments.
- For the various Financial Document Expenses, this will be the values from the Financial Document Detail grid Description Field entries.
- Show Hours - This option controls whether timesheet Hours will appear on the invoice.

- If you have chosen to select the Section option -- Subtotal Section Hours -- then this option is selected by default and you cannot un-select it.
- Show Rate - This option controls whether a Rate value will appear on the invoice.

- This value will reflect the related timesheet cell effective cost rate.
- Show Item Date - This option controls whether an Item Date value will appear on the invoice.

- For Labor entries, this will be the timesheet cell work date.
- For Expense entries, this will be the expense report line item date.
- For the various Financial Document Expenses, this will be the date from the Financial Document Detail grid entries.
- Show Inception To Date Hours - This option controls whether an Inception To Date Hours value will appear on the invoice.

- This value will reflect the sum of hours on the current invoice + previously invoiced hours associated with this entry.
- If you have chosen to select the Section option -- Subtotal Section ITD Hours -- then this option is selected by default and you cannot un-select it.
