Project Administrator Access
Using the various check boxes in this section of the screen, the Project Manager can control whether any other Project Managers, Billing Managers, Billing Viewers, Resource Planners, Resource Assigners, Resource Requestors or Project Viewers may have access to this project's data without being explicitly associated with the project (via the Project Profile >> Administrators left menu item).
These check boxes are checked by default when a new project is created.
These settings work in conjunction with the Organization Access screens, where a user may have a set of project and owning organizations defined, thus determining which projects they will have visibility into (in addition to those with which they are explicitly assigned).
