Hide VAT Fields

This field is displayed if the Show Value Added Tax (VAT) Fields  (unasense.vat.enabled) feature is enabled.  When this feature is enabled, the Administrator can use this person profile setting to determine if the VAT fields will be displayed (on a user by user basis), on each user's expense reports.

User's can view the setting via their Preferences screens, however, they cannot manipulate the setting.
