Description

This field will contain a descriptive name that accompanies a particular invoice format.  The name itself is what will appear in the various drop down lists elsewhere in the product.  The value entered in this field will only be visible on the Admin >> Setup >> Accounting >> Invoice Format list screen.  This field is optional and can have a maximum length of 128 characters.
