Cost Element

The Cost Element field will contain a listing of cost elements of type Indirect Cost, defined on the Admin >> Setup >> Cost Elements screen.  This is a required field when defining a Indirect Cost pool formula.  One this entry has been referenced elsewhere in the system, you can no longer change the Cost Element associated with the entry.
