Charge to Project

When more than one project/task is included on the Purpose screen, a new column will appear on the expense report (Charge To Project).  This column will contain a drop down list that shows the values associated with the Project Allocation Information table at the top of the expense report.

The options within the drop down list allow the user to charge a particular line item to either:

 

When only one project is specified on the Purpose page, this column does not appear and all entries on the expense report will be charged to the single project/task identified.
