Change Reason

The values defined in this field will appear on the DCAA related timesheet change audit screen, as pre-defined Change Reasons.   Each Change Reason Code has a corresponding Change Reason  which is the value that ultimately is saved in the timesheet change audit trail.

Modifications made to any existing Change Reasons will not be reflected on any existing timesheet audit entries as the physical text is stored on the audit rather than a reference to this table.
