Edit

The Edit button will appear on the preview version of expense reports under the following conditions:

• Owner - The user previewing the expense report is the owner of the expense report
• Expense Alternate - The user previewing the expense report is defined as a Expense User Alternate for the owner of the expense report
• Manager - The user previewing the expense report is the expense report owners Manager or Alternate Manager and the Allow Managers to Edit Expense Reports (unasense.expense.manager.edit) property is enabled.
• Administrator - The user previewing the expense report has the Administrator or HR Administrator role and the Allow Administrators to Edit Expense Reports (unasense.expense.admin.edit) property is enabled.
